Our Miniature Christmas Fireplace is the perfect solution! The fireplaces can be created to start a family tradition or show off a growing family.  On our fireplace there is a miniature hand-painted stocking hung on the mantle for everyone in our family including our pets.  We decorated it to look like my Great Aunt's mantle at Christmas.  Our oldest suggested we add some toys.  Then someone suggested adding more trim and a dog bone for the dog.  Before we knew it we created our own miniature version of our favorite memories of Christmas!
